In this arena our focus is on raising Self-Esteem by taking a look at who we are, what we want and what stops us from having the life that we want for ourselves. Here we explore ourselves and the works of wisdom to help us achieve a more accurate perception of who we really are. This knowledge is itself a solid platform for personal progression towards mature self-acceptance. In this stream we work through:
