SE-FA Functions through three interacting but separate, self-esteem raising streams.
The Three Streams of SE-FA
Self-Esteem for Authenticity
where I offer:
SE-FA has a series of one day workshops running from 9am - 5pm on Weekend days. These workshops are aimed at achieving lasting positive change. See Workshop Topics...
SE-FA Work Groups provide a forum for the fun, seroius and rewarding exploration of what might stand in the way of increased self-esteem. Within the supportive group context, we work with letting go of blocks and allowing our belief in ourselves and our abilities to unfold.
The Work groups are one and a half hour long meetings and are held weekly in Cape Town (City Centre & Noordhoek). Please check schedule for Work Group Meeting in Johannesberg and Port Elizabeth. More on Work Groups...
Mentoring is the ancient art of assisting someone to uncover themselves. It is based on the premise that the mentor has him or herself walked the path that you would like to work and has things to share from their experience that can assist you on your journey. It is further based on the premise that the mentor him or herself is working with their mentor and is connected to a lineage that is working towards the same out come that you would like for yourself. Choosing a healthy lineage to develop ones self in is a very important step in self exploration and development.
If You are serious about real change in your life, work with a mentor.
SE-FA provides talks and guidence on lineage and how to find the right mentor for you at a particular stage in your life. Direct mentoring is also available in one on one sessions. More on mentoring...
